ABOUT ME
I am a therapist with over 13 years of experience helping teens and adults work through life’s challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment. I am passionate about helping clients heal from painful experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, which is why I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths.

I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully depending on what will best support each client’s healing process and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Depression
-
Family and relationship issues
-
Grief and loss
-
Life transitions
-
Chronic health concerns
-
Emotional regulation difficulties
-
Performance-related stress and burnout
I believe therapy is not only about managing symptoms but also about helping people better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who they are.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
